This role supports casting, fittings, choreography, and backstage management - making sure models are prepared, looks are presented flawlessly, and sponsor visibility is maximized on the runway. The Co-Runway Coordinator provides additional oversight, ensuring that the show's most high-profile moments are executed with precision.

Handles campaigns, PR outreach, social media storytelling. Ensures sponsors get spotlighted in earned media and marketing collateral.

The operational backbone of the show. The Producer manages budgets, contracts, vendors, and technical execution, making sure every department delivers on time and at the highest standard. For sponsors, this role ensures smooth integration, reliable delivery, and a flawless experience.

Creates brand and sponsor integration opportunities through merchandise.
Fashion pieces, and on-site placements. Ensures that sponsor visibility feels premium and organic.

Handles designer relations, sponsor liaisons, media guests, VIPs, and nonprofits. Connects multiple departments (production, marketing, partnerships) and ensures relationships translate into real results.

Oversees casting, fittings, rehearsals, and stage flow, guaranteeing a runway experience that captivates audiences and maximizes sponsor exposure on stage.

Manages the moving parts of production - timelines, vendor communications, and onsite operations - ensuring no detail is missed and every sponsor commitment is executed.
